Jaltest Diagnostics 26.2 MHE – Material Handling Equipment Innovations

Jaltest Diagnostics 26.2 introduces important new developments for Material Handling Equipment (MHE), expanding diagnostic coverage for electric and internal combustion equipment used in warehouses, logistics operations, ports, industrial facilities and material handling applications.

The latest version expands model coverage for major manufacturers including Hyster, Jungheinrich, Linde, Mitsubishi, Raymond, Rocla, Sinoboom, Toyota and Yale, providing workshops and service professionals with broader diagnostic possibilities across different types of material handling equipment.

What’s New in Jaltest MHE 26.2?

Jaltest MHE 26.2 expands diagnostic capabilities across forklifts, retractable forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, telescopic handlers and other material handling equipment.

The update introduces new electronic system coverage, advanced diagnostic functions, calibrations, maintenance procedures, parameter configuration, system data and additional wiring diagrams.

Caterpillar Diagnostic Improvements

For Caterpillar, Jaltest 26.2 introduces diagnostic coverage for VCMM and VCMS central computers, TCM, TCS and PUMP power modules, as well as EPSM and EPSS steering systems for NR Series and NRM Series retractable forklifts.

The new coverage includes fault code reading, measurements and maintenance functions.

Additional K21/K25 engine control wiring diagram configurations have also been incorporated for GC, GP and GPE Series internal combustion forklifts, including component images and technical information.

Expanded Electric Forklift Diagnostics

Electric material handling equipment receives several important improvements in version 26.2.

For Crown, Jaltest adds the ZAPI ZPM (CAN) power module identification process for pallet jacks, stackers, order-picking pallet trucks, retractable forklifts and electric counterbalance forklifts.

For Hyster, the ZAPI ZPM (CAN) identification process is now available for electric machines, together with additional technical data and maintenance services for H Series and S Series internal combustion forklifts.

JCB & Jungheinrich Improvements

For JCB 500 Series telescopic handlers, additional parameters have been incorporated into the ECM 430 DieselMax engine control system.

Jungheinrich DFG Series internal combustion forklifts receive new activations for the EDC 17 CP20 engine control system.

The update also adds advanced calibration functions for TPM1, TPM2, DCS1 and DCS2 power modules used in ESE Series electric pallet jacks.

Kalmar, Linde & Manitou Diagnostic Coverage

Jaltest MHE 26.2 introduces further improvements for several important material handling brands.

For Kalmar CPC and RSH Series forklifts, system data and calibrations have been added for the Volvo EDC V2 engine control system.

For Linde 350 Series (H12-H20) internal combustion forklifts, the LTC (CAN) transmission now includes advanced diagnostic functions. Wiring diagrams have also been added for 391 Series and 393 Series models.

For Manitou MHT and MRT Series telescopic handlers, new ACM anti-pollution system wiring diagram configurations provide component images and technical data.

Mitsubishi, Raymond & Rocla

Jaltest 26.2 expands coverage for Mitsubishi RB and RBM Series retractable forklifts, including central computers, power modules and steering systems.

Additional K21/K25 engine control wiring diagrams are available for FG, FGC and FGE Series internal combustion forklifts.

For Raymond, new coverage includes the OD and ED instrument clusters for order-picking pallet trucks and retractable forklifts.

Rocla retractable forklifts also receive expanded diagnostic coverage across multiple electronic control and steering systems.

SANY, Skyjack & Toyota Improvements

For SANY harbour equipment, the Volvo EDC V2 engine control system now includes system data and calibrations for harbour forklifts and SCP, SDC and SRSC Series harbour handlers.

For Skyjack telescopic handlers, new diagnostic routines for the EMR4 – EDC 17 CV52 engine control system support maintenance services.

Toyota 8FD Series internal combustion forklifts receive important advanced diagnostic functions through the EMS Toyota Denso 1KD engine control system, including calibrations, maintenance functions and additional checks.

Additional Material Handling Coverage

Jaltest MHE 26.2 also introduces new diagnostic information for UniCarriers and Zoomlion.

UniCarriers receives parameters for the LOGICS central computer used in electric forklifts, together with K21/K25 engine control wiring diagram configurations.

For Zoomlion, wiring diagram configurations have been added for the CPM 1232 power module used in pallet jacks and CJD, S, T and XP Series electric stackers.
